W.P.(C) 6204/2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to provide protection to the officers of the petitioner company for installing transmission pole and other infrastructure at the roof top of property bearing No. C-1/230, Nand Nagri, Delhi-110093. The learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2, who appears on advance notice, submits that on the petitioner making such request, adequate protection would be provided to the petitioner and its officers.

In view of the above, the petition stands satisfied and is disposed of as such.
