Mr Aggarwal, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is agreeable to give up his rights and claims in respect of the domain name www.pvnet.in, which is the subject matter of the arbitral award dated 25.10.2015 (hereafter 'the impugned award'). The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also seeks to withdraw the present petition subject to a clarification that the impugned award will not prejudice the rights of the petitioner in other proceedings. 2.

Mr Praveen Anand, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent makes a statement that the respondent is agreeable not to refer the impugned award in any of the other proceedings.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn

with the clarification that the impugned award will not prejudice the rights and contentions of the parties in any other proceedings. 4.

All interim orders are vacated.
