FIRs, being FIR No. 594/2022, dated 14.10.2022, under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ["IPC"], lodged at Police Station Rajouri Garden, at the instance of one Sachin Taneja [subject matter of CRL.M.C. 4254/2026], and FIR No. 361/2022, dated 25.04.2022, under Sections 406/420/120B of IPC, registered at Police Station Ashok Vihar, at the instance of Sanjeev Kesar [subject matter of CRL.M.C. 4262/2026], both of which are predicated on an allegation of fraudulent GST transactions.

As far as CRL.M.C. 4254/2026 is concerned, Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who appears on advance notice, states upon instructions from the Investigating Officer ["IO"], that a closure report has already been filed before the Trial Court. He draws my attention to an order of the Trial Court dated 27.04.2026, which has been annexed to the petition, in which a date has been fixed for consideration of the closure report. The order records that the IO has been partly heard, and Court had deemed it appropriate to summon the complainant.

In view thereof, no orders are required in CRL.M.C. 4254/2026 at this stage. All right and contentions of the petitioners may be agitated before the Trial Court in consideration of the closure report and/or protest petition, if any subsequently filed.

As far as CRL.M.C. 4262/2026 is concerned, Mr. Chauhan states that the final report will be filed within a period of three months. 5.
