By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 27.02.2026 passed by learned ASJ-06, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi (Trial Court) in IA Nos.4/2026 in Ct. Case No.19/2023 amongst other ancillary reliefs.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the ED, drawing the attention of this Court to the order dated 16.04.2026 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRL.M.C. No.2849/2026 filed by the co-accused, jointly submit that the present petition may also be disposed of with the same directions. Accordingly, with consent of both the parties, the present petition is allowed and the impugned order is set aside, with directions to the ED to supply the complete RUD-44 and complete RUD-45 to the petitioner on the next date of hearing before the learned Trial Court. 6.
