% 09.08.2016 The admitted position is that pursuant to the eviction order the possession of the premises has been taken over. In view of the order of this court in the case of Suresh Gupta vs. Sharda Ahuja, RC.REV. 394/2015 dated 11.03.2016, the present petition has now become infructuous. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
