After some hearing, Mr. Himanshu Kaushik, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the respondent-Railway Board, seeking reduction of the period of blacklisting.

The writ petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

In the event, the policy of the Railways, with regard to blacklisting, permits an application to be made for full or partial revocation, the petitioner may apply under the said policy, and a decision will be taken W.P.(C) 8292/2021 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
