% 25.04.2017 The matter was earlier transferred to Dwarka Courts on account of pecuniary jurisdiction. The matter has, however, been received back with the observations that the courts at Dwarka would not have territorial jurisdiction to try the case.

Registrar (Original) has vide order dated 10.4.2017 noted that courts at New Delhi would have the territorial jurisdiction. The matter is accordingly transferred to the District Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. Parties to appear before the District Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi on 16.5.2017, who shall mark the matter to the appropriate court for adjudication.
