Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the impugned order dated 04.02.2019 is assailed whereby her application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC has been dismissed, however, since issues have been framed by the learned trial and trial is in progress, they may be allowed to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to take all such objections at the appropriate stage of the trial. 2.

The same is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondent. 3.

Accordingly, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice.
