This is a petition under Section 29(A)(4) and (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the time available with the learned Arbitral Tribunal, presently seized of the disputes between the parties, to complete the proceedings and render award by a period of nine months commencing 4th September, 2020. 2.

Mr. Karun Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, has no objection.

Accordingly, the prayer in the petition is allowed. 4.

The time available with the learned Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award stands extended by a period of nine months commencing 4th September, 2020. 5.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms. I.A. 8016/2020 and I.A. 8017/2020 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 194/2020 1.

In view of the disposal of O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 194/2020, these applications do not survive for consideration and are disposed of accordingly.
