Exemption is granted, subject to all just exceptions. 2.

The Petitioner shall file legible and clearer copies of exempted documents, compliant with practice rules, before the next date of hearing. 3.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. CRL.M.A. 15089/2025 4.

Through this application, the Petitioner seeks direction for release of the amount of INR 1,00,000/- deposited with the Registry pursuant to the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 29th August, 2023 allowing the Petitioner to travel abroad.

LOC issued against the Petitioner, which prevented him from travelling abroad. Subsequently, by order dated 10th July, 2024, the LOC itself has been quashed. The said order was thereafter modified by order dated 30th July, 2024.

In light of the aforenoted developments, since the LOC itself stands quashed, the amount deposited by the Petitioner in terms of order dated 29th August, 2023 is directed to be released to the Petitioner along with accrued interest, if any.

With the above directions, the present application is allowed and disposed of.
