Through the present application, the petitioner seeks disposal of the captioned petition in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 30.07.2025 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the matter has been resolved between the parties and they have arrived at an amicable settlement i.e. Settlement Agreement dated 30.07.2025 and the present petition may be disposed of.

In view of the above submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner and for the sufficient cause being shown in the application, the same is allowed.
