Rightly so, since the respondents has raised the issue of territorial jurisdiction which this Court is convinced about. We deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to such remedy as is permissible and advisable in law. 2.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take recourse to such remedy as is permissible and advisable in law.

Since the interim relief was in operation for some time, we continue the same for a period of four weeks from today. 4.

Needless to clarify, this Court have not gone into the merits of the matter.
