1. None is present for the Respondent despite service. Present application has been moved for correction of an inadvertent error in the order dated 14th June, 2019 where in the second line it has been mentioned as under: 'She is not advised to bring the child to the Court unless and until the Court directs to do so'

2. As per the applicant/petitioner this sentence ought to be read as under: 'She is advised not to bring the child to the Court unless and until the Court directs to do so.'

3. I am in agreement with the applicant/petitioner. In fact that was the intention of the Court and inadvertently the word 'not' has been put before the word 'advised' while typing and it should have come after the word 'advised'.

4. Now the second sentence of para 1 of the order dated 14th June, 2019 should be read as under:

'She is advised not to bring the child to the Court unless and until the Court directs to do so.'

5. The application is disposed of in the above terms.
