These applications have been filed on behalf of the Respondent seeking addition of names of Advocates for the Respondent in the Order The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
dated 14.05.2024 and correction of names of Advocates appearing for the Respondent in the Order dated 17.05.2024.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Respondent that in the Order dated 17.05.2024, the appearance of Advocates Ms. Roopali Chaturvedi and Ms. Akansha Srivastava has not been recorded and instead the names of some other Advocates, namely, Mr. Sumer Dev Seth and Ms. Riya Kumar has been recorded. It is further stated that the appearance of Advocates appearing for the Respondent has also not been recorded in the Order dated 14.05.2024.

As per the request on behalf of the Petitioner, it is further stated by the learned Counsel for the Respondent that the Petitioner's Advocate name i.e., "Mr. Samiron Borkataky" is mis-spelled as "Mr. Samrow Borkataky" in the Order dated 17.05.2024.

Both the parties have given consent for the present applications to be allowed.

In view of the above, the appearance of Ms. Roopali Chaturvedi and Ms. Akansha Srivastava, Advocates for the Respondent, is taken on record instead of Mr. Sumer Dev Seth and Ms. Riya Kumar in the Order dated 17.05.2024. The appearance of Ms. Roopali Chaturvedi and Ms. Akansha Srivastava is also taken on record on behalf of the Respondent in the Order dated 14.05.2024.

The correct name of the Counsel for the Petitioner i.e., "Mr. Samiron Borkataky" is taken on record instead of "Mr. Samrow Borkataky" in the Order dated 17.05.2024.

The Orders dated 17.05.2024 and 14.05.2024 are modified to the aforesaid extent. Let the present Order and the Orders dated 17.05.2024 and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
