By filing the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the ground of arranging funds for admission of children in the School as well as for maintaining social ties. 2.
Notice. Learned ASC for the State accepts notice. 3.
Status report has been filed by the State mentioning therein that the petitioner has two children namely Arib aged about 10 years and namely Alina aged about 8 years who are studying in 3rd Standard and 1st Standard respectively.

Perusal of the nominal roll of the petitioner reveals that in Column No. 23, the Overal Jail Conduct is mentioned as 'unsatisfactory' and he has been awarded various punishments from 2012 to 2015 i.e. on 28.02.2012, 21.04.2012, 22.04.2012, 25.04.2012 and 08.04.2015. W.P.(CRL) 295/2016

In the given circumstances, I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of parole to the petitioner at this stage.

Writ petition is dismissed.

Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
