Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application at a later stage of time.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.

The Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
