This Letters Patent Appeal has been preferred by the original petitioner being aggrieved and feeling dissatisfied by an order of the learned Single Judge dated 03.09.2020 in CM APPL.21542/2020 in W.P.(C)11640/2019 (Annexure A-1 to the memo of this LPA). 2.
For ready reference, the order under challenge passed in CM APPL. 21542/2020 in W.P.(C)11640/2019 dated 03.09.2020 reads as under :- "CM APPL.21542/2020 The grievance of the petitioner is that while doing her LL.M. course she was selected for the Delhi Judicial Services LPA 244/2020 Page 1 of 2 KUMAR Location:

and has joined the said service.
It is pleaded that the petitioner seeks to continue her LL.M. course but is not being allowed to get into the 2nd year. List this for arguments on 08.10.2020."

Having heard learned counsel for both the sides and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, and also looking to the aforesaid order passed by the learned Single Judge, we see no reason to entertain this Letters Patent Appeal. We are not entering into the merits of the case which has been argued by counsel for the appellant as well as counsel for the respondents, about the transfer of a student from a two-year course of LL.M. to three-year course of LL.M. at Delhi University. 4.
However, the appellant is permitted to prefer an application before the learned Single Judge for advancing the hearing of the writ petition. 5.
With these observations, this LPA is hereby dismissed. CM APPL.22438/2020 (for directions) In view of the order passed in the Letters Patent Appeal, no orders are required on this application.
The same stands disposed of.
