% 16.09.2020 This hearing has been held by video conferencing. Pursuant to the last order, the respondents have filed the opinion of the Medical Board. The Board has opined as under: "The Board is of the opinion that, in view of multiple congenital anomalies with poor prognosis, she can be allowed to undergo Medical Termination of pregnancy." In view of the above report, the petitioner is permitted to undergo the Medical Termination of Pregnancy at the respondent no.2 hospital. The petition is allowed in the above terms.
