This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 with a prayer to extend the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the Award by a period of twelve months effective from March 13, 2020. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the proceedings are at the final stage of arguments. Noting the contents of the petition including the fact that the proceedings are at final stage of arguments, this Court extends the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the Award by a period of twelve months effective from March 13, 2020. Petition is disposed of.
