Learned Counsel for the Respondent states that the hospital concerned against which the relief has been sought is notified under Section 14(3) of the Administrative Tribunals Act and all the disputes relating to service matters have to be considered by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). Since this petition deals with the conditions of service, the jurisdiction would lie in the Central Administrative Tribunal. 2.

In view of the fact that the writ petition was filed in 2023, the petition needs urgent disposal. The Registry is directed to transfer the entire paperbook to the Central Administrative Tribunal for further proceedings. 3.
