No. 13805/2015 (u/O 23 R 3 CPC) Parties have settled their disputes on the terms and conditions as stipulated in para 3 of the application which has been signed by the plaintiff, defendant as well as their lawyers, inasmuch as, the same has been supported by Shri Navdeep Choudhary, Senior Manager - Legal of plaintiff and Shri Manoj C. Hanamsagar, Partner of defendant. Shri Manoj C. Hanamsagar is present in Court and confirms having signed the application and sworn the affidavit. Application is marked as Mark 'C-1'. Accordingly, a compromise decree is passed in terms of Mark 'C-1', which shall form part of the decree. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Date fixed in the matter, that is, 10th September, 2015 is hereby cancelled.
