Petitioner has approached this Court seeking bail in FIR No.789/2022, registered at Police Station Paschim Vihar for offences under Sections 376AB IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

It is stated by the learned APP for the State that public witnesses are yet to be examined.

At this juncture, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application at a later stage.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 5.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with the pending applications, if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
