Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed in terms of the order dated 05.07.2022 passed by this Court in the present proceedings. She also submits that she has not received any instructions from the petitioners as regards the remaining prayers in the present petition.

In view thereof, since the petitioner/s have not evinced any interest in pursuing the remaining prayers sought in the writ petition, the present petition is dismissed.
