Learned counsel for the parties jointly hand over a copy of the order dated 06.11.2024 passed by the Supreme Court in Transfer Petition No.3437-3439/2023, whereby the present writ petition along with batch of writ petitions has been transferred for adjudication to the High Court of Madhya Pradesh.

Accordingly, in terms of the order passed by the Supreme Court, this writ petition stands transferred to Madhya Pradesh High Court. 3.
