The petitioner is seeking withdrawal of this writ petition in view of the settlement between the parties. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 8th February, 2017 recorded before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre Annexure 'X' to this application.
The application is allowed and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the settlement between the parties. The petitioner as well as respondents no.4 and 5 shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.
The pending applications are disposed of.
