Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued for expeditious recording of the prosecution evidence, he shall not press his petition at this stage. 2.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and also that only formal/official witnesses are remaining to be examined, the trial court is directed to expedite the recording of the prosecution witnesses and endeavour to conclude the same by 31.12.2019. 3.

Learned APP under instructions states that certain exhibits have been sent to Regional Forensic Science Laboratory (RFSL), Chanakyapuri. The Director, of the RFSL is directed to expedite the BAIL APPLN. 1347/2019

examination of the exhibits and endeavour to submit a report through the I.O. within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

In view of the above directions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions.

This order be communicated to the Director, RFSL for compliance.
