Thereafter none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 3rd July, 2015, 6th July, 2015, 7th July, 2015, 23rd November, 2015, 24th November, 2015, 30th November, 2015, 4th December, 2015, 8th December, 2015 and 9th December, 2015, 11th December, 2015, 15th December, 2015, 22nd December, 2015 and 14th January, 2016. Even today none is present on behalf of the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
