The petitioner has filed the present application seeking bail in FIR No. 760/2014 under Sections 498-A/304-B/34 of the IPC registered with P.S. Uttam Nagar.

The learned APP states that the trial is at its final stages, the material witnesses have been examined and only the IO remains to be examined. She states that the Trial Court has fixed three dates for hearing in the month of November and December. In view of the above, this Court considers it apposite to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of four months from today and pass a final order as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to apply afresh if there

is any further delay in completion of the proceedings before the Trial Court. 4.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5.
