Counsel for the Petitioner states that the relief sought in the present petition is now rendered infructuous in light of the communication received dated 16th April, 2025 whereby the Respondent/ Hardayal Municipal Heritage Public Library have decided to quash the impugned orders dated 24th May, 2022 and 04th June, 2022.

Pursuant thereto, the Petitioner has already been reinstated and has resumed his duties.
