The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 03/2024 of PS Sunlight Colony for offence under Section 20/29 of NDPS Act. 2.

After addressing partly, in view of bar under Section 37 NDPS Act, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after examination of at least one witness of the alleged recovery. 3.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
