The present application is filed seeking release of ₹5,00,000/- deposited by the applicant before the Registrar General of this Court.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the amount has already been paid to fifteen employees and, therefore, the sum of ₹5,00,000/- lying deposited with the Registrar General of this Court which was directed to be released in favour of the Investigating Officer for further disbursal in favour of 15 employees, be released in favour of the applicant. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that State has no objection if the amount lying deposited with the Registrar General of this Court is released in favour of the applicant. 6.

He submits that the Investigating Officer has verified that fifteen employees have received their dues from the applicant. 7.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed and the amount deposited with the Registrar General of this Court in the present case, is directed to be released in favour of the applicant on verifying his identity.

The present application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
