The present petition under Section 2(B) and Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "I. Pass an order directing the Contemnors to comply with the order dated 12.03.2024 passed by the hon'ble Family Court of Ms Isra Zaidi, Metropolitan Magistrate, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts in CT 339/2024.

II. Initiate Contempt proceedings against the Contemnors and Punish them for wilful disobedience of the order dated 12.03.2024 passed by the hon'ble Family Court of Ms Isra Zaidi, Metropolitan Magistrate, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts in CT 339/2024.

III. Pass an order imposing exemplary costs on the contemnors for Willfully and deliberately not complying with the directions of the hon'ble Family Court.
