The present civil contempt petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking initiation of contempt proceedings, against respondent no. 2, for the wilful disobedience of order dated 21.03.2024, passed by this Court. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 1, as well as learned counsel for the petitioner, in unison, state that order dated 21.03.2024 has been complied with, and the child has been granted provisional admission. Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 has also drawn this Court‟s attention to letter dated 02.07.2024 by respondent no. 2, vide which the concerned officer of the Department of Education was informed that the books, notebooks, uniform along with other facilities, which are to be provided to the students admitted under EWS/DG category, have been provided; and their consent and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
