% 30.09.2019 Vide the present application, the petitioner seeks bail in pursuance to FIR No. 198/2018 dated 04.06.2018 registered at Police Station Bharath Nagar for the offences punishable under sections 302/308/323/34 of IPC. Keeping in view the serious allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in the present application. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
