W.P.(C) 6262/2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the respondent to allot the Fair Price Shop (FPS) in the notified area of G & H Block, Jahangirpuri, Delhi under Circle 56 or to any other adjacent area in and around Jahangirpuri-Adarsh Nagar, Delhi, to the petitioner. The petitioner has made a representation dated 14.06.2020 in this regard to the respondent, which has not been decided as yet. This petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 14.06.2020 as also the contents of the present petition as a representation of the petitioner and decide the same within a period of four weeks. The decision thereon shall be communicated to the petitioner.
