% 01.04.2016 It is pointed out by learned counsel for the complainant that despite directions given to the petitioner, he did not handover the original courier receipt to the Investigating Officer of the case. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that on account of some inadvertence the petitioner could not handover the original courier receipt and the same has been handed over to the Investigating Officer today itself in the Court. The son of the complainant is present in person and it is submitted by counsel for the complainant, under instructions, that the amount of Rs.

5 lacs deposited by the petitioner with the Registrar General of this Court be handed over to the complainant and thereafter the complainant will have no grievance in the matter and in case a petition for quashing the FIR is filed by the petitioner the complainant will cooperate in the same and will sign the requisite documents including the affidavit. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that in view of the statement of counsel for the complainant he has no objection if the amount of Rs.5 lac lying with the Registrar General of this Court be released in favour of the complainant alongwith accrued interest, if any as per rules. The complainant is directed to abide by the statement made by his counsel today in the Court. The amount of Rs.

5 lacs deposited with the Registrar General of this Court, alongwith accrued interest, if any, be released in favour of the complainant as per rule.

(i) Petitioner be admitted to bail on his executing personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned I.O./SHO. (ii) He shall join the investigation as and when called for by the I.O. (iii) He shall furnish his address as well as his contact number to the Investigating Officer.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
