The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 1077/2024 of PS Sultanpuri for offence under Section 115(2)/118(2)/126(2)/351(2)/3(5)/109(1) of BNS. Broadly speaking, the allegation of prosecution is that on the fateful night, the complainant de facto was assaulted by the accused/applicant and her associates with rod, saria and knife. The accused/applicant allegedly stabbed neck of the complainant de facto with knife.

After addressing partly learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks unconditional permission to withdraw this application for anticipatory bail. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
