The present application has been moved under Section 152 read with Section 151 CPC seeking correction of a typographical error. 2.
When the petition in question was disposed of on 29.04.2025, in the judgment, one Sale Deed has been mentioned as Sale Deed dated 31.07.2022, whereas, according to the petitioner, the correct date of Sale Deed is 31.07.2012.

Such date has been mentioned in para 2 of Judgment dated 29.04.2025.

It is noticed that when the petition in question was filed, the Sale Deed was mentioned as Sale Deed dated 31.07.2012. It is, specifically, so mentioned in para 3 of the main petition also. Keeping in mind the above, the present application is allowed with direction that para 2 of the abovesaid judgment dated 29.04.2025 would read as under:- <Petitioner has filed a suit against her husband and two others and seeks declaration and cancellation of one Sale Deed dated 31.07.2012.= 6.
The present order be also uploaded as corrigendum to order dated 29.04.2025.
