The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to allow the parties to the petition to quash the FIR No.192/2023, PS Madhu Vihar, U/s 406420//34 IPC, Delhi and the proceeding arising out thereto, in the interest of justice. Any other and further orders which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioners." 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the latter, who is appearing through video conferencing, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the latter, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
