The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971s seeks the following prayers: - "a. Pass an order of initiating the contempt of court proceedings against the contemnor for not complying the directions issued by the Hon'ble High Court vide its order dated 12.08.2015 in writ petition no. 2800 of 2004 titled as "Ashoka Hotel versus Govt. of Nct of Delhi & Ors" so that the directions issued under aforesaid order can be implemented as per the directions issued under aforesaid order.
b. It is also prayed that the suitable punishment may also be awarded to the contemnor for not complying the directions of the Hon'ble Court.
E. Pass such and further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the present facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
