1. Allowed subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed-off.

2. Issue notice.

3. Notice is accepted by the learned counsel named above for the respondent-North DMC.

4. At joint request of the learned counsel for the parties, the petition is taken up for disposal.

5. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the Corporation apropos the illegal and unauthorized construction being carried out in the street across his residence. Photographs of the construction have been annexed with the petition.

6. Mr Anand Prakash, the learned counsel for the Corporation submits that action has already been initiated, work-stop notice was issued on 09.09.2020 and the matter shall be further pursued as per law. The petitioner shall be kept informed about the progress in the matter and shall be heard. The petitioner's pressing concern apropos any untoward incident, during the course of the construction, shall be kept in mind by the Corporation.

7. No further orders are required to be passed at this stage. The petition, along with the pending application, is disposed-off accordingly in the above terms.

8. It will be open to the parties to pursue their remedies as may be available in law.
