Mr. Satish Kumar Tripathi, Advocate for the petitioners stated that the petitioners no. 7 and 8 have already been expired and on instructions from the petitioner no. 1 who is the attorney holder of the remaining petitioners seek permission to withdraw the present petition. The counsel for the petitioners further stated that some of the petitioners have also filed another writ petition bearing W.P.(C) no. 9132/2019 and they are pursuing the said writ petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn.
