Since the present appeal, filed under Sub-section (1) of Section 19 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is not maintainable, learned counsel for the appellants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.

Needless to clarify, time spent by the appellants in pursuing the present appeal before this Court be considered in case any issue of limitation arises. 6.
