The present petition under Sections 2(b)/12 read with Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks following prayers:- "i. Allow the present petition and take action against the Contemnor for deliberately disobeying the order dated 11.01.2023 passed by Ld. Judge, Family Court, North West, Rohini, Delhi in GP No. 39/2022. ii. Pass such other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case" 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent draws attention of this Court to an order dated 08.10.2024 passed in GP No 39/2022 titled as 'Sunil Gupta v. Aditi Gupta' passed by Ms. Rajrani, learned Judge, Family Court, North-West, Rohini, wherein, it has been recorded that an application under Section 151 of the CPC filed on behalf of the petitioner herein seeking contempt proceedings for non-compliance of order dated 11.01.2023 is pending.

In these circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the aforesaid application pending before the learned Family Court in accordance with law.

Learned Family Court is requested to dispose of the aforesaid application as expeditiously as possible without giving any undue adjournment(s) preferably within a period of three weeks. 7.
