This petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 03rd April 2025 passed in W.P. Counsel for National Commission for Schedule Castes (respondent) appears on advance Notice and states as per his instructions, a communication of the order was received and the process is underway. 3.

Counsel for respondent states that the matter is scheduled and is going to be fixed within two weeks. Petitioner will be duly informed of the fixture of the scheduled date.

If petitoner wishes to appear, he is at liberty to appear before the National Comission in this regard.

Complaint shall be disposed of within a week after the scheduled date of the proceeding.

Accordingly, basis this undertaking/directions, the said petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to revive the petition, in case of any residual issues.
