1. None has appeared for the Respondent on the last four dates. None appears even today.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner informs us that the Respondent was 60 years of age in 2015. Clearly, therefore, the Respondent has superannuated.

3. In that view of the matter, the Court leaves the questions of law that arise from the impugned order of the Central Administrative Tribunal open for consideration in an appropriate case. It is clarified that the impugned order will not constitute a precedent.

4. The petition is dismissed. The interim order dated 22nd March, 2011 as confirmed on 16th November, 2015, stands hereby vacated. S.MURALIDHAR, J.
