A Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C read with Article 227 of Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioner challenging the Order dated 21.08.2023 vide which the petition has been summoned in a Complaint Case under Section 200 Cr.P.C for the offence under Section 420 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court. 3.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is permitted to be withdraw with liberty as prayed for. 4.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
