% 26.05.2017 Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled amicably between them and the counsel for the respondent has handed over a cheque of Rs.3,25,451/- drawn on ICICI Bank bearing cheque No.853499 in favour of Eastern Engineering Works to the counsel for the petitioner which he has accepted towards full and final settlement of all his claims. In the circumstances the petition and pending applications stands disposed of as nothing else is required. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the petition in case the cheque is dishonoured.
