The Petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the petitioners, seeking to quash the FIR No. 0520/2023 for the offence under Section 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as 'IPC, 1860') registered at Police Station K.M.Pur, New Delhi on the basis of Settlement Agreement dated 08.04.2024.

Respondent No.2/Complainant present in the Court and submits that there is no settlement inter-se the parties on the basis of which FIR can be quashed.
