Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner is covered by the definition of workmen under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and therefore the remedy lies under the same. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law. 3.

The writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

At this stage, the prayer made is that removal from service is of the year, 2020 and directions be issued for an expeditious disposal by the concerned forum.
